COVID-19 Impact

How COVID-19 Will Affect Camp

The safety and health of our campers and counselors is our top priority, and we are watching county and school guidelines and updates closely. If at all possible and prudent, we plan to hold Robotics Summer Camp 2021. As soon as we have updates from governing bodies, we will post them here. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to the following policies regarding cancellations and refunds.

Cancellations
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, unfortunately Robotics Camp for the 2020 Summer is fully canceled. All currently registered campers will be contacted soon and will be formally notified of the cancellation and refund information. We thank you for your patience as we plan the appropriate next steps. More updates are coming soon to the website.

Refunds
Regarding refunds, because the cancellation has been determined with more than two weeks of the camp start date, full refunds are going to be made. At this point in time, our advisors are currently finding the best plan for reimbursement, and will be in contact with those who have already registered for the camp. We will update this with new information soon.
